Tue, April 28, 2009 - 1:34 PMFirst, glad you'll be there, Sammy!
Second, cool, I think I'll spring for a room there too. That's the one in walking distance, right?
Third, sorry to hear you've had a rough patch lately, my friend. Here's to riding out the rough patches and bouncing back stronger than ever!
Much Love,

Re: SF RRE - hotels?
Wed, April 29, 2009 - 12:46 PMnice greg! i think that's the one right across the street from the kabuki, right? i stayed there before when it was the best western miyako (and the kabuki was also called the miyako for some crazy confusing reason). perfect location, and probably half the price of the kabuki! :)
after the past 2 nights' shows, i am REALLY wishing i could join you all in the bay this weekend!! have fun! -

Re: SF RRE - hotels?
Wed, April 29, 2009 - 4:48 PMI checked the Kabuki first and all the sites said booked up too...
I thought it was the one across from the Kabuki but it is a block down on Sutter. And yeah, it is the Tomo (Best Western) now. Kind of a weird juxtaposition eh? Rooms were not cheap. With the travelocity fees it was <gack> $156 a night. Not including the 11% hotel tax yet... I was just thinking today - hell for that price I could have taken a limo up & back to my house!
Mags, glad that you got to a couple shows, we'll miss you!
